Here is my logo that i have created using Photoshop, it took me a while trying to find the right tools i wanted but eventually i managed to find the tool i needed to make it look professional. So what i did to start, i made a red back ground to start off which i then put a black background over the top so that when i use the lighting effects you will see the red underneath the black background. After i then added the name of our production company in the centre of the picture so everything was in place all i needed to do was find the right lighting effect. After looking for ages i cam across a lighting effect which i had to tweak in order for it to look like a spot light. At first i put the brighter end of the light at the bottom when i realised the brighter part is where the light is coming from so i then changed it to the top of the screen. I then felt like I had finnished and then here is the production company logo i managed to produce.
I like this production logo because like the logo's i reseached it is simple, it uses minimal colours and people will still be able to remember it. Like i said before i am making this logo, because we dont have one and if we had a second or two left from the two minutes then we can put it in but we have a lot of footage that needs to be shown so we most likely wont have enough time to fit this in but just in case i have it here to use. I asked Becky in our group what she thought of this logo and she said she liked how professional it looked because it didn't use too many colours. I asked Kirstie what she thought of this logo and she like how i made the light look as if it was shinning down on the name of our company. Just like the logo's i researched i made the things around it relevant to the name of the company and in this case i made the writing in a place where centre stage would be placed also the spotlight shows up that it is centre stage and the lighting draws your eyes towards the name of the company.
